"Float is the new single from Oxford’s My Crooked Teeth, the musical project lead by singer songwriter Jack Olchawski.

Float is a bittersweet lament for the trap of the working week with Jack effortlessly evoking the melancholy beauty of the every-day in a decidedly British manner, calling to mind his heroes of song-writing such as Nick Lowe and Elvis Costello.

Other musical touchstones include artists from across the pond such as Andy Shauf and Bright Eyes.

Float features instrumental contributions from Jack’s rotating cast of international collaborators and was produced in Oxford by Jack with engineer Rob Taylor."
